One of my first studio shots ever... made with 20D and flashs at 1/200...Do you like the Alien movies?
My last shot for this month :-/

lighting and composition are well chosen, but a 1/800 shutter speed OR 1/50 would have gained a better result with her hair. crisp sharp OR slightly blurred .. but this is somehow in betwenn both :/
still 10/10 becuase i couldn't do it any better and the idea is really cool.

That is a hell of a hair to fight with in the mornings I guess
Wish that hair was slightly sharper but overall a fantastic shot!

hell yes, it's a pity... you can't synchro the flashs shorter as 1/200... I think you need a 1/4000 for a really clear shot

but that'd require medium format cameras or high speed synchronization
flashes.
Both rather expensive tools
Still, it's nicely done and really resembles an alien as I recall them quite well.
And one good thing there is about you not being able to post before next month:
I won't miss that much of your work until I get back to Germany
